Leonards celebrate 50-year anniversary
Calvin and Carla Leonard celebrated their 50th anniversary by renewing their wedding vows during a reception hosted by their daughter, Laura Beasley of Sunset, Saturday, May 5, at Grace Baptist Church.

The couple were married May 4, 1957, in Wichita Falls.

Leonard retired from the United States Air Force in July 1972, and from Cryovac in May 1991.

They moved to Iowa Park in 1981.

Since retirement they are dedicated to their church where Calvin serves as the treasurer and Carla teaches Sunday School.

Carla also cares for her elderly mother.

Leonard enjoys spending time making wood crafts and Carla enjoys working in their yard.

They also enjoy taking trips.

In addition to their daughter the couple has five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
