Announce engagement

Fred and Brenda Shieldknight of Spearman announce the engagement of their daughter Clara Allison to Christopher Michael Simmons.

Christopher is the son of Frank and Kittie Lockey of Iowa Park and Lonnie Simmons, Sr. of Flint, MI

Clara is the granddaughter of Benjamin and Florence Wheeler of Bose City, OK. and the late Jimmy and Lois Shieldknight.

Christopher’s grandparents are Lottie Lockey of Auburn, GA. and the late Franklin R. Lockey, Sr., the late Erma B. Price and Guy Whitford, and the late William L. and Claudine Simmons.

The couple will be united in marriage June 20, at the Church of Christ in Spearman.
The couple will honor guests with a reception at the O’Laughlin Center.
