Ornelas, Cravens wed June 23 in Snyder
The Windmill Ranch in Snyder was the site for the June 23, double-ring wedding ceremony of Lindsey Ornelas and Andy Cravens.

Ronnie Mebane officiated the ceremony.

Lindsey is the daughter of Matt and Sara Ornelas of Snyder and granddaughter of Sotera and the late Herman Ornelas of Snyder.

Andy is the son of Danny and Pat Cravens of Kamay and the grandson of Marie Cravens and the late Earl C. Cravens of Kamay.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white strapless taffeta ball gown with a beaded lace bodice. The pick-up style gown flowed to a chapel length train.
She carried a bouquet of white and assorted shades of pink calle lilies.

Claire Cotton of Dallas served as maid of honor and Kara Smith of Big Springs served as matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Sheri Cravens, sister of the groom of Dallas and sisters of the bride, Stephanie Stoner of Houston and Miranda Clark of Abilene and Whitney Graham of Dallas, and Kym Gryder of Andrews.

They each wore dresses of pink and chocolate combinations. They carried white and pink calle lilies.

Madelynn Cobb of Snyder, daughter of the bride, served as flower girl. She wore a white dress accented with a chocolate bow and carried a basket of pink rose petals.
Mason Cobb of Snyder, son of the bride, and Tyler Clark of nephew of the bride of Abilene, served as ring bearers.

Greg Steger of Leander was best man.

Brad Robinson of Snyder, J’Bill Merrick of Burkburnett, Cody McBane of Greenwood, Greg Deathridge of Iowa Park, Brent Bishop of Little Elm, and Josh Ornelas brother of the bride of Snyder, served as groomsmen.

Ushers were Tim Clark of Abilene, Sean Stoner of Houston, Van Littrell of Dallas, and Matt Ornelas, Jr., brother of the bride of Sweetwater.

A rustic theme in colors of pink and chocolate was carried out in the wedding decorations as well as the reception decorations which was also held at the ranch.
The bride’s table held a four tier white cake iced in pink and brown poke-a-dots highlighted with a “C” cake topper.

The Texas theme was carried out at the groom’s table with a red, white and blue Texas shaped chocolate cake accented with strawberries.

The bride is a graduate of Snyder High School.

The groom is a graduate of Iowa Park High School and Texas Tech University.
Following a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico the couple have made their home in Wichita Falls.
