Clapp, Williams vows read
Lara Kathryn Clapp and Spencer Dean Williams exchanged wedding vows during an afternoon double-ring ceremony June 11 at First Central Presbyterian Church in Abilene.

The ceremony was officiated by Dr. Cliff Stewart of First Central Presbyterian Church and Will Clapp, brother of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Jim and Jan Clapp and the granddaughter of Louise Clapp and the late John Clapp and Aretas Spruiell and the late Bill Spruiell, all of Iowa Park.

The groom is the son of Mitch and Donna Williams of Porter and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Williams of West Lafayette, IN.

Katie Spruiell of Bryan served as maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Megan Spruiell of Nocona and Shanna Snyder of Abilene.

Clay Harris of Decatur and Peyton Smithson of Porter were flower girls.

Jerrod McDaniel of Garland was best man.

Groomsmen were Ryan McBride and Kevin Fisher of Abilene.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Elks Arts Center in Abilene.

The bride is a graduate of Holliday High School and Hardin-Simmons University. She is employed by the Wichita Theater.

The groom is a graduate of Forney High School and Hardin-Simmons University and is employed with Chase Bank.

Following a wedding trip to Playa Mujeres, Mexico the couple live in Wichita Falls.
