Julian Downs

Julian Lavell Downs, 65, passed away Jan. 2, 2008 at Iowa Park Health Care Center.

He was born June 29, 1942, to the late Willie and Ima Downs.

Julian was a professional musician for many years. He also worked in the oil field for several years.

Graveside services were held Saturday, Jan. 5 at Highland Cemetery with Eugene Voyles of Wichita Falls, officiating.

He is survived by two sisters and their spouses, Naomi and Johnny Bookout of Iowa Park, and Lyndia and Cia Ashtiyana of Columbus, MS., and several nephews and nieces.
