Joyce (Case) Twohatchett
1928 - 2016

Joyce (Case) Twohatchett, 87, passed away in Duncan, Ok Thursday, Jan. 7.

Funeral services were held at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters, OK, Monday, with burial in the Fairview Cemetery, Randlett, OK.

Joyce Iva Mae (Case) Twohatchett was born to James Ivan and Vera Lorene (Chase) Case April 20, 1928, at the Hammond Ranch, Iowa Park. She grew up in the Iowa Park/Kamay, area. She married Richard Twohatchett on Jan. 16, 1988, at Oklahoma City. They made their home at Fort Cobb, OK, but for a time at Lake Eufala. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting and doing bead work. The couple has resided in a Duncan care center for the past few months.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera Long; her father, James Ivan Case; six brothers, Truman, Calvin, J.I., Mereal, Troy Lee and Carl Joe.

Survivors include her husband of Duncan; a son, Billy Ray Patterson, of Mineola, three daughters, Diane Stevens and Judy Carol Fields, both of Wichita Falls, and Joy Marie Zook of Iowa Park; three brothers, Clifford Case, and Billy Case of Wichita Falls, and Bobby Jr. Case of Lake Travis; five sisters, Winnie Hall of Whitney, Sandra Quinsenberry, of Duncan, Treasa Jenkins, of Hydro, OK, Katherine Spitzer, of Weatherford, OK, and Evelyn Pruett of Wichita Falls; and five grandchildren.
