Billy Bob Kinney, 74, passed away Monday, Feb. 4.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley of Wichita Falls.

Mr. Kinney was a retired truck driver.

Survivors include his mother, Capitola Kinney; two sons, Billy J. of Sand Spring, OK., and Joey L. of Labelle, PA.; two sisters, Doris Kinney of Wichita Falls, and Marilyn Gamble of Henrietta; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
