Ola Mae Cook
1934 - 2016

Ola Mae Cook, 81, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, in Iowa Park.

Funeral services were held Saturday, at Word of Grace Worship Center, with Pastor Clifton McFadden officiating.

Graveside services were held in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Ola Mae was born May 1, 1934, in Iowa Park to Roy and Syble (Edgemon) Stegall. She married the love of her life, Floyd W. “Bill” Cook on March 8, 1952, in Iowa Park. She and her husband owned and operated Cook’s Flying Service at Wichita Valley Airport. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband; and her parents.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Herder, Sonny Cook, and Judy Spears all of Iowa Park; sister, Joyce Jacobs of Westfield, IL.; and brother, Jerry McCord of Las Vegas, NV.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The family suggest memorials be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
