Harry A. Halstead, III
1955 - 2011

Harry A. Halstead, III, 56, of Iowa Park passed away Saturday, Feb. 26.
Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Faith Baptist Church of Iowa Park with Rev. Dennis Neal officiating.

Harry was born Jan. 24, 1955, in Jacksboro to Harry A. Halstead, Jr. and Dora Jene (Yates) Halstead They preceded him in death. He was a member and former deacon at Faith Baptist Church. He worked as an LVN and later as an RN in area healthcare for many years. He was a kidney transplant recipient in 1999. He coached little league baseball for several years.

Survivors include his wife, Lynda of Iowa Park; daughter, Kimberly Sims of Randlett, Ok.; son, Matthew of Wichita Falls; sister, Lawanda Mello of Middleboro, MA.; a brother, Jimmie Halstead of Pasadena; and six grandsons.
