Orpha Rae “Cookie” (Cook) Sidlauskas
1938 - 2013

Orpha Rae “Cookie” (Cook) Sidlauskas, 75, passed away Sunday, March 10, in Iowa Park. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the Chapel at Dutton Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at Highland Cemetery.

Cookie was born March 9, 1938, in Enos, OK., to George Ruben and Willie Dean (Moss) Cook. She married Andrew Anton “Andy” Sidlauskas in April of 1956. She was a co-owner of Park Home Health in Iowa Park for 26 years.

Cookie is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Marnie Cook and Dewayne Cook; and three sisters, Dorothy Brothers, Alpha Hammett, and Laverne “Micky” Samples.

Survivors include her husband; six children, Cheryl Smith, Ricky Sidlauskas, Donna Kenedy, Tim Sidlauskas, Don Sidlauskas and Carolyn Suarez, all of Iowa Park; one brother, Jimmy Cook of Iowa Park; two sisters, Shirley Williams of Nevada, and Dale Bullard of Tulsa, OK.; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
