Douglas LaJuan Millstid

Douglas LaJuan Millstid of Iowa Park, passed away Monday, March 12, in Decatur.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. today at Life Tabernacle Church in Wichita Falls with Pastor Gene Holley, Jr., officiating. Visitation will be held at the church prior to the service from 12 to 2 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne. Services are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Doug was born Dec. 13, 1951 in Athens, to Rev. Burl and Gay Dean Millstid. Doug was a man of many talents including singing, painting, and carpentry.

He was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Millstid.

Survivors include three children, Tiffany Dawn Millstid-Dixon of Trinity, and Jeremy Douglas Dustin Ryan, both of Houston; his parents, Rev. Burl Millstid and Gay Dean, of Iowa Park; two brothers, Burl Millstid of Haltom City, and Donnie Millstid of Trinity; two sisters, Gayla Hardin of Comanche, and Judy Davis of Conroe; and two grandchidlren.
