Lorene Honkomp, 82, died Tuesday, March 25, in Wichita Falls.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 27, in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Larry Suttle officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery.

Mrs. Honkomp was born June 9, 1925, in Archer City to the late Claude and Nora Gwinn. She and Bernard “Bud” Honkomp were married March 17, 1951. She was a homemaker and a member of Tenth and Broad Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband of Wichita Falls; a son, Kenneth of Iowa Park; a daughter, Sandi Robinson of Bellevue; a brother, Loyd Gwinn of Forney; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
