Anna C. “Sandy Sargent, 58, of Caldwell died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Burleson St. Joseph Health Center in Caldwell.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell with Rev. Delmar McCracken officiating.

Burial will be in Chriesman Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Sargent was a home health aid for Auxi Home Health of Brenham and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rayburn and Pearl Taylor Vaughn, and a sister, Rosa Ballard.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Sargent of Caldwell; a son, Donnie Whitley of Cleveland, OH; daughters Sandra Hawkins of Wichita, KS, and Gina Sargent of Caldwell; a brother and sister-in-law, Floyd and Linda Vaughn of Caldwell and grandsons, Aaron Hawkins of Wichita, KS and Tyler Whitley of Marshall, TX.
Pallbearers will be Robert Shulz, Aaron Hopkins, Donnie Whitley, David Hughes, Jimmy Pratt and De Hunter.

Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home of Caldwell is in charge of arrangements.
