Linda Sue (Chambless) Retzlaff

Linda Sue (Chambless) Retzlaff, 62, passed away Wednesday April 15, 2009, at Iowa Park Health Care Center in Iowa Park, TX after a long battle with cancer.

Graveside services were held Saturday, April 18 at Carnegie Cemetery in Carnegie, OK.

Linda was born June 1, 1946 in Carnegie, OK to Jewell (Jude) and Gwen Chambless. She graduated from Colony High School in 1965. She graduated from Central State Cosmetology College in Oklahoma City, OK. She worked at Carnegie Tri County Hospital for 8 years as a nurses aide, and at 3M Company for 5 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jude and Gwen Chambless, grandparents Jack and Stella Chambless, and Edward and Pauline Prentice.

She is survived by one daughter, Kari Snowden of Iowa Park, TX.; one grandson, Robert Snowden of Iowa Park, TX; two brothers, Doyle Chambless of Eakly, OK, and Jerry and wife, Arlene Chambless of Summertown, TN; one sister, Judy and husband Derrell Davis of Carnegie, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews.
