Toni Jeyne Forno
1966-2008
Toni Jeyne Forno, 41, of Wichita Falls passed away Tuesday, April 15.

Funeral services were held Monday in Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Rev. Hickson Frank and Rev. Bill Streich officiating.

Mrs. Forno was born Nov. 10, 1966, at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls. She was a graduate of John H. Hirschi High School in 1985, and attended Midwestern State University. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Homer Lewis.

Survivors include her husband, Chris of Wichita Falls; four children, Jacob Virgin of Iowa Park, Robert Forno of Abilene, Britany Forno of Wichita Falls, and Candice Baker of Edmond, OK.; her mother, Linda Atkins of Wichita Falls; her father, Gene Lewis of Burkburnett; grandmother, Geneva Lewis of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Stephanie Stephens of Wichita Falls, Cheryl Bischof of Southlake, and Jennifer Smith of Richmond, VA.; a brother, Michael Lewis of Camp Pendleton, CA.; and two grandchildren.
