Donald Lee Haynes
1937 - 2014

Donald Lee Haynes, 76, of Iowa Park, passed away Friday, May 9.

Funeral services were held Friday, in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Mr. Tim Ewing, of Faith Baptist Church of Iowa Park, officiating.

Interment followed at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, OK.

Don was born on Oct. 3, 1937, in Pine Bluff, AR, to Clyde and Eunice Haynes. He graduated from high school in Moscow, AR., and served in the United States Army. He was a drug representative for McLane SW. Later, he was lead driver for the Wichita Falls Ford House. He enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Vicki; daughter, Sherrian; sister, Helen; and brother, Joe.

Survivors include a son, Lee Haynes of Iowa Park; two daughters, Savanah Cox of Iowa Park and Julie McClendon of Fort Worth; a brother, Dale Haynes of Nocona; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The family suggest memorials be sent to State National Bank, 104 N. Park Avenue, Iowa Park, TX 76367, for benefit of Don Haynes.
