Louis Edward LeVasseur
Louis Edward LeVasseur, 75, died Thursday, May 17, 2007, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Mr. LeVasseur was born March 30, 1932, in Houlton, Maine, to the late Lewis and Mary Louise (DeVeaux) LeVasseur. He and Charlotte Theresa White were married July7 4, 1958, in Meriden, Conn. he lived in Iowa Park for 18 years. He spent nine years in the U.S. Army serving in Korea and Germany. He worked for Meriden Rolling Mill for 29 years before moving to Iowa Park in 1989. He worked 16 years as chief mechanic for Sheppard Bowling Centers.

Preceding him in death are his parents and three brothers, Patrick, Larry and Johnny.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte of the home, two daughters and husbands, Tracy and Bobby Roberts and Kelly and Brady Taylor of Iowa Park; grandchildren, Nicole and Guthrie Jensen, Melissa Roberts and Cody Taylor, all of Iowa Park; one great-granddaughter, Jailyn Jensen of Iowa Park; five sisters, Lorraine Evans of Clarksville, Tenn., Dorothy Sowers of Presque Isle, Maine, Joanne Snyder, Jean Saucier and Betty Mae Drake all of Lewiston, Maine and a brother, Walter LeVasseur of Florida.
