T.A. Elless

Tarlton A. (T.A.) Elless, Jr. 78, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2009 in Wichita Falls, TX. Memorial services were held 4:00 PM Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Lunn’s Colonial Chapel with Tom Rogers and Reggie Coe of Grace Church officiating.

T.A. was born March 05, 1931 in Wichita Falls, TX, where he was a lifetime resident.

He and Connie Mosel were married on September 6, 1953 in Folkston, GA while both were serving in the Navy. He was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, MASKAT Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. and Masonic Lodge #635 of Wichita Falls, Dallas Scottish Rite Bodies of Dallas.

He retired in 1989 after 32 years with Texaco, Inc.

Survivors include one son, Shawn W. Elless and his wife Kathy of Burkburnett, two sisters, Gwendolyn Arrington of Wichita Falls and Barbara Stermer of Prosper, TX, and two grandsons, Dustin and Stephen.

He is preceded in death by his wife Connie in 1997, and by his brother Don in 1991.
