Jerry Thomas Green, 72, passed away Monday, June 1.

Memorial services were held Saturday at Central Church of Christ in Burkburnett with Roy Christopher officiating.

Mr. Green was born Nov. 13, 1936, to Grady and Anna Lou Green, near Frederick, OK. He was employed with the City of Burkburnett 32 years, several of those years as head of the water meter department. He retired in Dec. 1999. He served in the United States Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Kay; four sons, Steve and Randell, both of Burkburnett, Kevin of Iowa Park, and Timothy of Wichita Falls; two bothers, Coy of Burkburnett and Joel of Belize; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
