Charles "Charlie" W. Hughes
Charles “Charlie” W. Hughes, 80, died Monday, June 11, in Memorial Hospital in Frederick, OK.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. S.K. Robinson and Rev. Curtis Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Chadwick officiating.

Mr. Hughes was a lifelong farmer and was an active member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Frederick, where he served as a deacon.

Surviovrs include his wife, Bess; two sons, Joe of Iowa Park, and Dale of Vernon; a brother, Floyd Hughes of Davidson; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the First Missionary Baptist Church.
