Patsy Ann Tellez
Patsy Ann Tellez, 58, died Saturday, June 9, in Wichita Falls.

Services were held Tuesday at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with Jerry Tucker officiating. Interment following at Crestview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Tellez was born March 2, 1949, to Leroy and Lois Ford in Wichita Falls. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. She and Raymond Tellez were married Jan. 1, 1995, in Wichita Falls.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Roy and Wayne Ford; and two sisters, Louise King, and Glenda Faye Ford.

Survivors include her husband ; a daughter, Patsy Marie Close of Wichita Falls; three sons, Marion Otto McClelland, Jr., and Danny Ray McClelland, both of Austin, and Frank Lee McClelland of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Charlene Kay Gates of Henrietta, Darlene Gay Rhoades of Wichita Falls, and Annette Minderman of Iowa Park; a brother, David Wayne Ford of Wichita Falls; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
