Alice Wilma Boulware, 85, died Thursday, June 11, in Ardmore, OK.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Dutton Funeral Home with Joe May officiating. Burial will be held at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Boulware was born June 28, 1923, in Spiro, OK. She was a former resident of Iowa Park and enjoyed gambling, playing the dime slot machines, reading, painting.
She and her husband were the founders of Harvey’s. She enjoyed working in the family business until it was sold.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lee on Nov. 11, 1992; and her parents, Clayton Haynes Chance and Beulah Bell (Wilkerson) Chance.
Survivors include three sons, Michael of Ardmore, OK., Ambassador Mark of Nouakachott, Mauritania, Africa, and Mitchell of Tyler; a daughter, Dr. Regina (Boulware) Gooden of Houston; step-daughter, Marsha Yeager of Saginaw; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
