Dorothy Elizabeth Scott, 80, of Wichita Falls died Saturday, June 13, in Wichita Falls.
Graveside services were held Tuesday in Crestview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Scott was born Dec. 8, 1928, in Laurel, MS., to Dora Ann (Sumrall) and Thomas Edward Trulsen. She and Cleo Haven “Scotty” Scott married Dec. 26, 1946, in Laurel, MS. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Laurel, MS., and attended Sheppard Air Force Base Chapel since moving to Wichita Falls in 1965. She was a Girl Scout Leader for several years, past president of TOPS, active member of AARP, and a member of the Stew Crew for retirees at Sheppard Air Force Base. She retired from Things Remembered after several years with them.

Mrs. Scoot was preceded in death by her brot her, Robert Trulsen; and sisters, Bertha McKown and Virginia Trulsen.

Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Jennie Stephenson of Canyon, Elizabeth Downing of Arlington, Joyce Grider of Iowa Park, and Jean Navarre of Fairfax, VA.; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
