Cecil R. McMinn
Cecil R. McMinn, 88, of Childress died Friday, June 20, in Amarillo.

Graveside services were held Monday in Childress Cemetery with Rev. Rick Musick officiating.

Mr. McMinn served in the United States Army and had been the owner and operator of Cecil’s Fabric Shop in Childress.

Survivors include his wife, Mary of Childress; sister, Jewel Butler of Washburn; four stepdaughters, Sharlene Francis, Debbie Chapman, and Belinda Smith, all of Wichita Falls, and Eunice Essary of Texola; two stepsons, Junior Lawrence of Iowa Park, and Michael Banks of Lubbock; and 11 grandchildren.
