Larry Jean Hall
Larry Jean Hall, 69, of Iowa Park, went to be his with Lord and Savior Saturday, July 3, 2010.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2010, at the First Christian Church of Iowa Park with Rev. Gary House officiating.
Larry was born in Jacksboro, Texas to William “Pete” Hall and Lovella Fulmer Hall. He moved to Iowa Park during his childhood where he has lived most of his life.
Larry was a graduate of Midwestern State University. He was a lifetime member of First Christian Church of Iowa Park, where he taught both High School and Adult Sunday School classes.
Larry married the “Love of his Life” Glenda Derden, June 4, 1965 in Chillicothe, Texas.
Larry was a staff manager for Prudential and the American National Insurance Company. He was also employed by Astro Drilling and Production.
Larry loved to play golf, and was taught by his Uncle Kyle. He also loved tennis. Larry was an avid pet lover and hoped to see again the ones that went before him.
Larry is survived by his wife, Glenda of the home in Iowa Park; his daughter, Tracey Butler and her husband Les of Fort Worth; his sister, Bobbie Jones of Wichita Falls; nine nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Hospice or First Christian Church of Iowa Park, 211 East Cash St., Iowa Park, Texas 76367.
