Mary Beatrice Turner
1915 - 2011

Mary Beatrice Turner, 95, passed away Sunday, July 10, in Columbus.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Highland Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Neal officiating. Services are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.

Mrs. Turner was born Dec. 26, 1915 in Lott, to Sam and Estelle Blagg Hewett. She married William Newton Culpepper. She later married Carl Turner. She lived in Altus, OK., and later moved to Iowa Park where she resided until moving to Columbus. While living in Iowa Park she was employed by the local dry cleaners.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Cleo Hewett; and a sister, Gladys Martin.

Survivors include son, Samuel Culpepper; a sister, Marie Smith; two grandsons; four great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
