Charlene C. Phipps
1926 - 2011

Charlene C. Phipps, 85, of Iowa Park passed away Tuesday, July 12, in Electra.

Graveside service were held Friday at Highland Cemetery, under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Charlene was born May 20, 1926.

Survivors include two sons, Carroll Phipps and Dan Phipps; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
