Jeremiah Aaron Caudillo
1985 - 2011

Jeremiah Caudillo passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011.

Funeral services were held at Hampton Vaughan Chapel on Monday, Aug. 8, followed by interment in Crestview Memorial Park.

Jeremiah was born in Fairfield, Calif., on Sept. 6, 1985. He lived with Barbara and Mick Galyean in Wichita County where he loved walking country roads and the freedom to explore. He attended school in Burkburnett, the state of Virginia, and graduated Iowa Park High School in May 2008.

His case manager, Linda Workman, of Daybreak Community Services, assisted Jeremiah in support services. He was fortunate to have an incredible medical support team. His “pool posse” at the Iowa Park pool, his Iowa Park Faith Baptist Church VBS peers and teachers, and his Horseshoe Bend neighbors were his favorite social entertainment. He loved anything that had lights, music, and movement.

Survivors include his parents, Annette and Victor Caudillo, Jr. of Independence, Ore.; brothers, Nathaniel Caudillo who is returning from service with the United States Marine Corp in Afghanistan; and Joshua Caudillo who is serving with the United States Air Force in England; his grandparents, Victor and Manuela Caudillo of Oregon; and his Texas family, Barbara and Mick Galyean of Iowa Park and their son Jim of China Spring.

Donations can be made in Jeremiah’s memory to the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation at
