1933 - 2010

Carla Jean (Freeman) Caudle, 76, passed away Saturday, Aug. 7, in Wichita Falls.

Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel, under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Caudle was born Aug. 27, 1933, in Nocona, to F.F. “Flossie” Freeman and Berttie (Reeves) Freeman. She was a graduate of Wichita Falls High School. She and Bob Caudle were married March 24, 1951, in Wichita Falls and worked for Siemens as a Contract Correspondent. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Iowa Park and was also a member of the Eastern Star, and was a Red Hatter. She enjoyed oil painting, quilting, sewing, ceramic doll making, reading, and gardening.

Survivors include her husband of Iowa Park; one daughter, Stephanie Fleshman of Anadarko, OK; one son, Casey Caudle of Burkburnett; a sister, Inez Woolsey of Wichita Falls; and two grandchildren.
