Kathleen (Fisher) Leonardi, 88, of Iowa Park, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 9, in Iowa Park.

Services were held Thursday, in the Pavilion at Highland Cemetery with Dr. Ted Spear, Pastor of Faith Baptist Church, officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Kathleen was born Nov. 14, 1922 in Baltimore, MD., to William and Margaret (Lacher) Fisher. She married Edward Leonardi on Nov. 27, 1952, in Baltimore. He preceded her in death Dec. 16, 1978. She was a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church of Iowa Park. She was a bookkeeper for Gibson’s Discount Center for 14 years, retiring in 1981.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Bart Beavers.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen Beavers of Iowa Park and Donna Whitaker of Pierre, S.D.; a sister, Margaret Jeeter of Baltimore, MD.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildred; and two great-great grandchildren.
