Louis Ayala

Louis Ramirez Ayala, 80, of Frederick, OK., died Saturday, Aug. 21, in Lawton, OK.

Funeral mass was held Tuesday at Saint Helen’s Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Sundar, pastor, officiating. A rosary was recited Monday in the chapel of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home, Frederick. Burial was held in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Ayala served in the Mexico Military. He retired as a heavy equipment operator with Tillman County District 2.

Survivors include his wife, Francis; a son, Joe Louis of Iowa Park; two daughters, Sylvia Ayala-Smith of Chickasha, OK., and Arcelia Ayala Blankenship of Duncan, OK.; three brothers, Alfonso, Rafael, and Juan Manuel, all of Leon Guanajuato, Mexico; a sister, Maria de la Luz of Leon Guanajuato, Mexico; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
