Martha J. Newman

Martha Josephine Newman, 78, of Wichita Falls, died Monday, Aug. 20.

Services were held Monday at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Hodgkins officiating. Burial was held at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, OK.

Mrs. Newman was a homemaker.

Survivors include a daughter, Sherry Covington of Forestburg; two sons, Joel of Iowa Park and Scott of Wichita Falls; a sister, Mary Ernestine Holloman; six grandchildren; and seven grandchildren.
