Rosa “Lorena (Hobbs) Johnson, 89, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1.

Memorial services were held Tuesday in Oak Street Baptist Church in Graham, where she was a member, with Pastor Joe Finfrock officiating.

Mrs. Johnson was born April 16, 1918, in Iowa Park to the late James Watt and Myrtle Etna (Bivens) Hobbs. She and W. Rollen Johnson were married Nov. 14, 1932, in Holliday. He preceded her in death Sept. 4, 1975. After raising her children, she was employed with the Graham General Hospital cafeteria until her retirement in 1983. She enjoyed walking at the First Baptist Church gymnasium.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John William Hobbs.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Mote of Mineral Wells, and June Littlepage of Graham; three sons, Jimmy of Haltom City, Troy of Blue Jay, CA., and Orvel of Graham; a brother, Wallace Hobbs of Iowa Park; four sisters, Dorothy Sadler, Christina Wilson, Gradys Shawver, and Beverly Noel; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
