Charles ‘Butch’ Adams

Charles “Butch” Adams, 55, of Wichita Falls, died Wednesday, Sept. 3.

A celebration of his life was held Saturday, in the chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home.

Mr. Adams was born Oct. 13, 1952, in Wichita Falls. He was employed by the City of Wichita Falls for over 21 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, being outdoors, fishing, and spending time at Possum Kingdom and was an avid gardener.
He was preceded in death by his wife, of 29-years, Theresa.

Survivors include his father, Charles “Boo” Adams and wife, Shirley of Byers; his mother, Janelle Timms and husband, John of Iowa Park; his children, Heidi Ruddell of Litchfield, Maine, Ashley of Wichita Falls; and Christopher of Wichita Falls; two sisters, Connie Pollard of Wichita Falls, and Stacie Fischer of Iowa Park; and numerous step-brothers; and step-sisters.
