Dennis Harold Jackson
1947 - 2010

Dennis Jackson Harold, 63, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, in Albany.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Texoma Cowboy Church with Pastor Jim Strickland officiating.

Mr. Jackson was born Jan. 30, 1947, in Wichita Falls to Harold Odell and Helen Marie Dunn Jackson. He served in the United States Navy and was retired. He was a former Boy Scout leader and helped originate the Wichita West Fire Department. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge #1105 and was named Elk of the Year for 2010. He was an avid chili cooker.

Survivors include his wife of Wichita Falls; two daughters, Denise Brown and Kristi Etheredge, both of Wichita Falls; his father of Wichita Falls; a stepson Joel Gibbs of Corinth; a sister, Jan Scott of Iowa Park; a stepsister, Barbara Bruton of Tecumseh, OK.; and five grandchildren.
