Henry F. Edwards, 74, of Wichita Falls, died Sunday, Sept. 14, in Wichita Falls.

A funeral Mass will be co-celebrated by Rev. Ray Mullan of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Graham, and Rev. John Swistovich of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Mr. Edwards was born in Henderson, N.C., Sept. 13, 1934, to Gertrude Clark and Starkey L. Edwards. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served 20 years as a Communications Technician in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1972. He was a member of St. Mary’s in Graham many years before moving to Wichita Falls and was a current member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church. He was a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans, and past member of the Air Force Sergeant’s Association and the American Diabetic Association.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor of Wichita Falls; a son, Wayne of Iowa Park; a daughter, Linda of Wichita Falls; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggest memorials may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
