Christine Wright Reid
1931 - 2007

Christine Wright Reid, 76, passed away Friday, September 28.

Services were held Tuesday, at the First Baptist Church of Iowa Park with Dr. Daryl Monday of Vernon, and Rev. Randy Osborne, Pastor, First Baptist Church of Henrietta officiating.

Graveside services followed at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Reid was born to Boyd and Haskell Loftis Wright January 6, 1931 in Mansfield, OK. She married Roy L. Reid on January 9, 1952. He preceded her in death on August 4, 1996. She worked as a sales store manager for NAF in the Hobby Shop at Sheppard Air Force Base from 1970-1989. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Foster; and a brother, Sonny Foster.

Survivors include a daughter, Amber Davis of Henrietta; a son, Roger Reid of Iowa Park; a sister, Bertha of Wichita Falls; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to be made to the First Baptist Church of Iowa Park and Kell West Hospital.
