Carolyn Sue Glenn

Carolyn Sue Glenn, 69, of Wichita Falls passed away Oct. 23 in a local hospital.

Funeral services were held Oct. 26 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gary House of First Christian Church of Iowa Park officiating. Interment was at Crestview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Glenn was born in Wichita Falls to Wilburn Bedford and Leta Wigley Bedford and they preceded her in death. She was a lifelong resident of the area residing in Iowa Park and Wichita Falls. She was a member of First Christian Church of Iowa Park. She worked as a bookkeeper for various oil companies in the area for 31 years.

Sue married her husband, Lyndell Glenn, on May 20, 1961 in Iowa Park and he survives her.

Other survivors are her daughter, Celeste of Wichita Falls; two grandchildren; two step-grandsons; and a sister, Jan Reaves of Iowa Park.

Pallbearers were Chester Posey, Jeff Posey, Val Glenn, Chase Wright, Frank Hardin and John D. Swanson.

In lieu of usual remembrances, the family suggests memorial donations to the First Christian Church of Iowa Park, 210 E. Cash St. 76367.
