Nadine Griest
1930 - 2008

Nadine Griest, age 78, died Tuesday, November 11, in Wichita Falls.

Funeral services were held Saturday at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Allen officiating. Burial followed at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Griest was born March 27, 1930 in Sumner, Missouri to George and Hallie Daugherity. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She worked for 11 years for United Food Stores and later worked in Civil Service at SAFB.

Her parents; husband, Oliver A. Griest; a daughter, Karen Carter preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Randal Griest of Wichita Falls and Richard Griest of Oregon; a brother, Donald Daugherity of Iowa Park; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
