Calvin T. Hansen, 85, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, in New Jersey.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 23, at First United Methodist Church of Wichita Falls, with Rev. John Dillard, officiating.

Services are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Calvin was born Aug. 2, 1927, in Wichita Falls. He was a graduate of Wichita Falls High School, received a BBA from Midwestern University and served in the U.S. Navy. He married Bettye Birk of Iowa Park on July 30, 1950, in Wichita Falls. She preceded him in death on Dec. 29, 2010.

Survivors include his children, Marian Jackson of Morgan Hill, CA., Sharyl Landis of Tulsa, OK., David Hansen of Park City, Utah, and Dutch daughter, Maaike vanVliet of Burundi, Africa; and two grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls or a favorite charity.
