William D. “Bill” Armstrong
William Drayton “Bill” Armstrong, 89, died Monday, Dec. 1.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne.
Mr. Armstrong served in the U.S. Marines in Guam and China during World War II. He was retired from Southwestern Public Service in Denver City.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline of Iowa Park; daughters, Barbara Williams of New Martinsville, W.V., Loretta Filler of Wichita Falls; a sister, Edith Eddy of Glen Rose; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
