Let’s start with the city surveyor Biggs & Mathews since they are acquainted with our city. What facts do they have to back up their claim that Block 48 Lot 12 has a 10 foot error. Where is the legal documents the surveyors claim of this fact in which they should be providing to our city council so they can make more justifiable decisions in the best interest of our citizens on the northeast Original Townsite.

The surveyors all use their voices instead of documented facts on how this error happened. So let’s see if they, the professional licensed surveyors, can produce documented facts to our city council. Ask your city council if they have seen any documented facts from the surveyors on this 10 foot error to prove beyond a reasonable doubt this 10 foot error exists.
