Carolyn F. Jameson

Carolyn F. Jameson, 78, of Wichita Falls passed Monday.

A Celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. today in the Chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.

Carolyn was born on June 5, 1942 in Sough Gate, CA., to the late Marvin K. and Marjorie Aleen (Grounds) Dozier. After high school, she attended Executive Secretarial School. She worked for many years, retiring in 2004. She attended Faith Village Church of Christ in Wichita Falls. She enjoyed sewing, and painting oils on canvas. She also enjoyed volunteering at the Sonshine House, a ministry of the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Max; grandson, Walker Jameson; brother, David Dozier; and sister Gaynell Gregory.

Survivors include her children, Dean Jameson of Lipan, Doug Jameson of Dallas, and Debra White of Iowa Park; brother, Sonny Dozier of Wolfe City; sisters Dianne Wallace of Sanger, Suzie Doyal of Valley View, and Rhonda Bradford of Farmer’s Branch; three granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren.
