I should have been at work Tuesday. In reality, there was anywhere I’d rather have been than where I was, except my husband and I prayed for this appointment because it was necessary, not because we wanted it.
This week was Super Bowl Sunday and Valentine’s Day, one day after the other, so I used Sunday to frustrate my sweet husband because I just knew he would fall back in love with me by Monday.
If you remember, I wrote last week about the snow that was coming and preparing for a potential loss of power and being snowed in. Half of that happened.
In this week’s issue, I write about Iowa Park joining Class 3A Division I for the next two years, with emphasis on last week’s reclassification and redistricing news coming from the UIL.
