Gigi Ojeda and David Leal Push Their Limits in “Would You Bet on Me?”

For the first time on “Would You Bet On Me?”, four couples were in danger of elimination. However, the Puerto Rican couple Gigi Ojeda and David Leal became the sixth to leave the reality show.

During the program, the first couple to return to La Villa was Nuja and Adrián, followed by Laysha and “El Malito”, leaving Mario and Brenda and David and Gigi on the board, in the hands of the audience, who decided by their votes. Finally, the Puerto Rican singers were the couple selected by the audience not to continue the competition for a chance to win up to $300,000.

“We feel liberated, relaxed, at peace, but being La Villa and with the agent. It was very strange to wake up alone when leaving,” said Gigi.

But David exclaimed: “I don’t mind waking up alone. I already wanted a bit of privacy for me and my partner.”

I take away an incredible and unforgettable experience, we made connections with people that will last a lifetime. The challenges were an incredible adventure and I tested my limits of what I’m willing to do for my wife and I realized that there are no limits and that makes me happy,” he added.

Just weeks after meeting the winning couple, every decision weighs more than ever in La Villa. As each week, the eliminated couple has the power to move the cards with The Rematch, and this Thursday Gigi and David will be able to select which couple, between Team Rebelión and Team Pueblo, goes directly to the elimination board.

But the tension doesn’t end there. After revealing that they were the show’s infiltrated couple, Lupillo and Taina announced that the money accumulated could be transferred to one of the two teams still competing.

This Monday will be a day of extreme fatigue, marked by unexpected twists, real consequences and game-changing decisions, when finally it is decided who takes “Lupillo and Taina’s Inheritance.”

The challenge will not be easy: for more than 20 hours, the six couples must keep a candle’s flame burning so that the winning team can distribute the money accumulated among its three members.

The final stretch has begun and every move could define who will reach the grand final of Would You Bet On Me?

“Would You Bet On Me?”, the multiplatform 24/7 reality, airs Sundays at 8 p.m. Eastern / 7 p.m. Central on Univision and Las Estrellas, and from Monday to Friday on UNIMÁS in the same time slot, while the complete 24/7 experience is available on ViX.
