Mindy Lauree Sullivan, 40, was taken into custody on a District Attorney Sealed Indictment for deception over/or equal to $20,000/ under $100,000 at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of W. Park. According to the jail records the offense date is listed as March 19, 2012. She was transported to Wichita County jail.

Tuesday, July 5

11:09 a.m. - Reporting party advised of a strong smell of death coming from the area of the 1500 block of Douglas. Officers responded and unable to locate.

1:19 p.m. - Animal control advised of four horses in the 800 block of Bell Rd. that do not have adequate shelter, water or food, and were in need of farrier service. Animal control also observed the animals to be under-weight.

4:10 p.m. - Reporting party advised of an animal locked inside a hot car with the car not running in the 500 block of E. Highway. Officer responded.

7:54 p.m. - Reporting party advised her husband’s truck was spray painted with black paint possibly Saturday or Sunday in the 1300 block of Westridge. Officer advised case number for criminal mischief.

Wednesday, July 6

10:39 a.m. -Reporting party advised her husband went to the residence in the 200 block of W. Ruby and pushed into the house to take more of his belongings. Officer responded and requested EMTs for a foot injury on the female that happened the day before. A 32-year-old female was taken into custody on local warrants for illegal U-turn and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released with a summons to appear in court. 10:45 a.m. - Animal control checking on several horses without food or water in the 800 block of S. Bell Rd. Confirmed no food or water available for horses. 6:08 p.m. - Reporting party advised her Chihuahua was attacked and killed by her neighbor’s German Shepherd in the 1000 block of W. Louisa. Message left for animal control.

9:26 p.m. - Reporting party advised of a male subject walking on the side of the road in the area of Pacific and Alameda and appears to be unstable. Officers responded and requested EMTs for possible drug overdose.

Thursday, July 7

6:48 a.m. - Reporting party advised of graffiti on his house in the 100 block of W. Emerald. Officers investigating the case of criminal mischief. 10:42 p.m. - Reporting party advised she and her 16-yearold daughter got into an argument and the daughter jumped out of the vehicle at FM 368 exit ramp. Reporting party was in the 1500 block of N. Pacific and has no idea the direction her daughter went. The juvenile called 9-1-1 and stated she was at NW Access and Jackson. Officer responded and pickup up juvenile and took her back to her mother in the 1500 block of N. Pacific. Officer advised mother and daughter back on the road. 11:15 p.m. - Reporting party advised he was walking down Wall St. and a white golf cart drove by driven by a male subject. The male subject ripped the reporting party’s shirt off of him and continued driving. Officer advised they made an informational report.

Friday, July 8

1:22 a.m. - Wichita County advised of a sedan unable to maintain lane traveling into Iowa Park on US 287. A deputy stopped the vehicle at US 287 and Johnson Road and took a male subject into custody for driving while intoxicated.

2:12 p.m. - Report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of W. Pecan. A 19-year-old male was taken into custody on a local warrant for possession of tobacco by a minor. Released with a summons to appear in court.

Saturday, July 9

8:32 p.m. - Reporting party of several subjects causing a disturbance at Middle Lake. Officers responded and advised of one subject detained. A 40-year-old male subject was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Released with citations.

Sunday, July 10

11:01 a.m. - Reporting party requested to speak with an officer in regards to his brother and brother’s girlfriend possibly taking money out of his account. The officer advised him of his options. 10:35 p.m. - Reporting party advised a juvenile threw an unknown brand of cheese slice on her truck in the 1500 block of Rita Ln. She advised she has it on camera. Reporting party advised when she tried to confront the parents they would not answer the door. Officers responded and spoke with the parents.
