Iowa Park - Jerry Allen Davis, 85, of Iowa Park went to meet his lord on Thursday, December 24, 2020.

Jerry was born on February 20, 1935 in Haskell County to the late Raymond and Lillie Davis. He was raised in a large, happy Christian family on a farm and joined the Haskell baptist church at an early age. He graduated from Paint Creek High School in 1953. As a young man he enjoyed making music with his band until he met the love of his life, Nancy Lee Becker. The two were married on September 7, 1956. The couple was blessed with a wonderful family who spent time living in Abilene, Midland, and Dallas before settling in Iowa Park and Wichita Falls. Jerry was born with the gift of gab and never met a stranger making him the perfect salesman. He spent 20 years as a milk salesman with Gandy and Oak Farms before switching to beer and liquor sales for the last 38 years of his career. In his free time, Jerry enjoyed golfing, bowling, spending time with family, and volunteering at Hospice of Wichita Falls. He is a member of the United Methodist Church of Iowa Park.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Suzanne Berend; his brother, Boyd Davis; and his sisters, Reatha Regeon and Frankie Boase.

Jerry is survived by his wife Nancy; son Jamey; son Randy and wife Donna, son-in-law Donnie Berend, all of Iowa Park; grandchildren Jared Davis and wife Carmen of Iowa Park; Ashley Davis of Dallas; Christopher and Janci Berend of Iowa Park; great grandsons Cooper and Jaxon Davis; great granddaughter Rose Shaw, all of Iowa Park; brother Taylor Davis of Lake Coleman; sister Johnnie Lytle of Midland; sisters-in-law Banna Davis of Hobbs, NM, Jean Dunnam of Haskell, and Kay Ziebart of Lubbock; and numerous nieces and nephews.
