Reverend Johnny Lee Harrison, 90, went home to our Lord in Heaven late Friday, July 15, 2022 surrounded by his family.

Johnny was born February 12, 1932 in Oktaha, Oklahoma to Edward (Buster) and Delia Harrison. He married his love, Pauline Gerhart, on October 24, 1992 in Quanah, Texas. He proudly served as a Corporal in the United States Army during the Korean War. After his time with the Army, he spent his life serving our Lord, Jesus Christ in ministry with the Church of the Nazarene until 1983. Upon retirement as a Reverend, Johnny continued blessing his community as a Funeral Director and Embalmer.

Johnny is survived by his daughters, Margaret Sue Allen of Fargo, Oklahoma and Joyce Elaine Johnson of Plainview, Texas; his daughter-in-law, Linda Harrison of Fargo, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline (Gerhart) Harrison; his son, Jerry Lee Harrison; sons-in-law, Pat Johnson and Jeff Allen; his parents Edward “Buster” and Delia (Butler) Harrison; his sisters, Ellen Rhodes and Delois Robertson; his brothers, James Harrison and Melvin Harrison; granddaughters, Brandi Harrison and Tara Lance. 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fargo Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Tim Franks officiating. Burial will follow at the Fargo Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the United States Army. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Faith Baptist Church in Iowa Park, Texas in memory of Johnny Harrison. These contributions may be made through Billings Funeral Home, 1621 Downs Avenue, Woodward, OK. 73801.
