Robert S. Bosley

Robert S. Bosley, 66, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, February 4, 2021 in the chapel at Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park, Texas with his sons, Johnny and Micah Bosley officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM in the Bosley Cemetery in Santo, Texas on Thursday, February 4, 2021. There will be a visitation from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park.

Robert was born January 19, 1955 in Mineral Wells, Texas to John and Peggy (Wharton) Bosley. He graduated from Rider High School in Wichita Falls, Texas afterwards pursuing a Bachelors in Theology from Independent Baptist College in Dallas, Texas. Robert married the love of his life, Laura Leonard on September 14, 1979 in Iowa Park. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Linda Short and Marianne Connell.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Laura Bosley of Wichita Falls, Texas; five children, Johnny Bosley and wife, Rebecca of St. John, Florida; Micah Bosley of Montgomery, Texas; Kaci Bosley of Conroe, Texas; Cory Bosley of Montgomery, Texas; and Matthew Bosley of Iowa Park, Texas; four grandchildren, Austin, Hannah, Claire, and Easton Bosley; sister, Barbara Lockhart of Boyton Beach, Florida; brother, John Bosley of Pilot Point, Texas; and sister, Sheila McHargue of Austin, Texas.
