Susie Wiles, Trump’s Chief of Staff, Will Battle Cancer

Washington – Donald Trump’s White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has early-stage breast cancer, the president disclosed; however, he assured, he will not make any adjustments to his team, and she will continue to carry out that key role in his administration.

The first woman to hold the White House Chief of Staff position, Wiles, 68, has received widespread recognition for managing Trump’s second term behind the scenes.

«Susie Wiles is an incredible chief of staff, a wonderful person, and one of the strongest people I know, but, unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer and has decided to tackle this challenge IMMEDIATELY, rather than wait», posted Trump. «She has a fantastic medical team, and her prognosis is excellent!».

Added that «during the treatment period, she will spend almost all the time in the White House, which makes me very happy as president».

«Susie, one of my closest and most important advisers, is strong (…) She’ll soon be better than ever!», assured the president who faces several urgent challenges ranging from the war with Iran to the Republican Party’s low approval ratings.
